Perhaps:
Web Development:- Markup Languages
- Dynamic Languages/Scripting
- Databases
- General
Markup being - HTML, XHTML, XML, XAML, with CSS and CSS2, etc being included.
Dynamic Languages being - VBScript, ASP, PHP, Perl, Python, Ruby, ActionScript, etc...
Databases being - MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle, flatfile, etc...
General being - Everything not covered in the above....
If it grew then it could be split so that the various lower level categories would be child boards of the main categories.
Thoughts? Opinions? Additions? Not a vote - just a general starting to think about it at the project level and wanting to ensure that we have the participation AND skillsets here to handle such. I don't know everything - I don't even pretend to know everything regardless of what some people might tell you - so this isn't something I can handle all on my own.
