Oh, I miss that show too. I even liked it when The Bad Terminator (Robert Patrick) replaced Mulder.

The inbred episodes... was there one with the mother on the scooter thingie (what the hell do you call those things?) under the bed? No arms or legs?

Gah that would be the one. The mother is the worst part. I hate it (and love it...). Creeps me out no matter how many times I watch it...

The first five seasons or so were really the best but I still watched after that an after Mulder left. I wasn't too fond of the chick they added after that (though I got used to her eventually) because she wasnt nearly as cool as Mulder, but they needed a believer to make up for the fact that they added a skeptic when the believer left (though by that time I suppose Skully was less skeptical...) *sigh* but it was a good show none-the-less and there were some good episodes in the later seasons. I'm just hoping that they actually make the second movie like they keep saying they will...

There are so many episodes of the X-Files where I have to hide my eyes. Some of them are too horrific for me, and I just can't watch them. Even though I don't "like" horror, I'm drawn to it. LOL!

Now that I think of it, the X-Files has some of the best villains EVAR. The guy who played the dude who was in the place for the criminally insane who was like channeling the devil and making people do stuff? Creeps me out every time.
