anyone run into smarty script for php? http://smarty.php.net/

i hate it! at least at this moment i hate it...

it's suppose to make things easier but so far it's just a pain in the smarty pants - obscuring access to functionality - in its attempt to simplify, it only achieves complicating things more - makes the files look cleaner, that's about it...

'tis my verdict at this date...
