I am using phpMyAdmin.
I'll try to explain a little more. . .
My current host was on UnlimitedMB. However, they recently started putting popups for all users who host their sites from them. So I want to move to my new paid host at HostGator.
I got into the Admin on my forums at the ULMB host and under
Forum Maintenance - Backup Database I check
Save the table structure.
Save the table data. (the important stuff. )
Compress the file with gzip. Now I log into my HostGator cPanel and I go to MySQL Databases. I create a new one called "rtb" and then I go into phpMyAdmin. I make sure "rtb" is selected and then go into Import. I browse to the file that was backed up from my forums and click Upload.
That's when I get the error :
